Service Description

Prior to this consultation I will send you questionnaires and I will ask you to write a 3-day food journal. During the session, I will assess these and talk to you about the results. Then the two of us together will come up with a plan that best fits your needs and current lifestyle.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50 % charge of the service price. Missed appointments without notification will be charged 100% of the service cost.
